First Trip to Thailand
Michael Kaliski sets out to Thailand to produce and direct The Untitled Child Slavery Project, a documentary about rescuing child sex slaves in southeast Asia.
At first, the documentary was going to be about one renegade man who slipped into brothels, risking his life, and pretended to be a sex tourist asking for their youngest child. When he was put into a room with the child, he would take her and run out, saving the child from slavery.
However, when Michael and the others got there and started interviewing other people involved in abolishing slavery in Southeast Asia, they discovered an entire seedy world of evil beyond one man. This project will take on child slavery of all kinds all over Southeast Asia. Stay posted for more information.

Hi Michael,
I hope this finds you well. I’d like to know more about your Child Slavery Project, and possibly help out with it in some way as a volunteer. I have worked with children in different capacities over the years, so I very much appreciate your being an advocate for unfortunate children who are being exploited and abused. Let me know if you will be working on aspects of this project in San Francisco at some point. I’d be happy to offer my assistance.
Kind regards,
Betty Pinckney (your facebook friend)
P.S. Is it possible to purchase a copy of the Slavery Project documentary?
